Become a Community Hub Partner
Why we’re excited about Community Hub Partnerships
Collaboration with our Community Hub Partners in Manly and Brookvale increases accessibility to responsive and holistic support for the Northern Beaches community. For example, a person experiencing domestic and family violence can arrive at the Manly Community Hub Drop-in and find assistance with initial safety planning and implementation, and then be referred to emotional, legal and financial counselling all under one roof. It’s an important collaboration that can make a huge difference.
We want to help people access and benefit from your services.
Why join us?
We believe that developing these warm referral pathways for assistance and easing the process for people in crisis has a tangible impact on them. It creates a greater sense of certainty and feeling safe, supported and connected, streamlines the way support can be accessed, reduces the compounding overwhelm of having a long list of tasks and reduces obstacles that can prevent people from getting the care they deserve. We want to help people access and benefit from your services.
Is there a cost involved?
Not necessarily, this depends on several factors which we can discuss. If there is a cost, we want to make this as accessible and affordable for service providers as possible.

Will you partner with us?
We want to grow the Community Hub’s capacity to have a greater impact on our mutual clients. This could look like your service operating in one of our interview rooms or hot desks or group work in the conference room once a week or every month. If you can think of creative ways to benefit your clients by having a presence in either Manly or Brookvale, please get in touch, and we can discuss a solution that works best for your service or organisation.
