The 36 sqm room can be hired seven days a week from 8 am – 10.30 pm. Perfect for seminars, workshops, training days or smaller group meetings. Facilities include:

Small Meeting Rooms 1 & 2

These 18sqm meeting rooms are available for rent either long or short term.

Rooms can be hired 7 days a week from 8am – 10.30pm. These are perfect for seminars, workshops, training days or smaller group meetings. Facilities include:

The rooms each have a 55-inch Samsung TV with both Apple Airplay and Chromecast for screen mirroring (available through the WiFi network) or HDMI wall connections.

Video conferencing available in Room 2:
ThinkSmart Core Kit with Microsoft Teams Rooms. This includes a camera, microphones and a soundbar set up for you. Additionally, there is a Logitech Swytch to enable you to bring your own meeting (and device) to use Google Meet, Zoom and other video conferencing apps.

Other assets available:

Counselling/Interview Rooms

These 7sqm rooms can be hired 7 days a week from 8am – 10.30pm. There are 6 available for up to 3 people in every one. Each includes privacy blinds, air conditioning, a duress alarm and whiteboard.

Hot Desks

We have 10 hot desk spaces for hire. These are available Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Provided – full use of office space including photocopying, kitchen facilities, Wi-Fi, manned reception, option of break-out meeting rooms – see above. Can be booked on an ad-hoc or ongoing basis.  Restricted to Not For Profit organisations (condition of lease)

Newly refurbished light filled office for rent in a shared office environment. Available to NFP/charitable organisations only. Suitable for single occupancy. Rental agreement could include option to use meeting rooms and counselling rooms (see above for details).

Shared office environment is fully secure with CCTV and back to base alarm system. 24 hour Swipe card/key access. Full kitchen facilities available and use of printing/photocopying station. Full disabled access and amenities. Reception services available Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm (if required)

General Amenities Overview

North Hall

The 50sqm North Hall is available for hire Monday to Friday from 5pm – 10.30pm and weekends 8am – 10.30pm. This space is multipurpose and can be used for meetings, training days, workshops, yoga, and exercise classes. The hall has a maximum capacity of 40 people and full kitchen access. Tables and chairs are provided, and a projector and screen are available on request. There is ample on-street parking and 4 off-street parking spaces for loading/unloading of equipment. The location is very accessible via public transport.

West Hall

The 21sqm West Hall is available for hire 7 days a week from 8 am – 10.30 pm. This space can be used for meetings, training days and small workshops. There is a maximum capacity of 15 people and full kitchen access. Tables and chairs are provided, and a projector and screen are available on request. An adjacent office can also be used as a break-out room/office. Ample on-street parking and 4 off-street parking spaces are available for the loading/unloading of equipment. The location is very accessible via public transport.
